Isenberg is a prolific photographer, covering a wide range of styles and media. His portraits and photo essays have been featured in The Tico Times, Pittsburgh Magazine, E: The Environmental Magazine, City Paper, The Phoenix New Times, and many other publications. His photographs have also illustrated his own books, The Archipelago: A Balkan Passage, Wander, and the forthcoming The Green Season. Isenberg has shown at ASH Galleries, ModernFormations, ArtDimensions, Most Wanted Fine Art, and The Centro Norteamericano-Costarricense.
